About Us

The Mission of Inspirations LLC is to promote excellence in the delivery of mental hygiene services by:
  • Promoting culturally competent care.
  • Assisting in bringing mental health services into the underserved communities where such services may not be readily available and accessible to families at risk.
  • Helping children, adolescents and adults reach their full potential. Preserving, strengthening and enriching family life.
  • Providing access and comprehensive care to persons requiring mental health, substance abuse and developmental disability services.
  • Developing capacity for a consumer designed client satisfaction and quality assurance system that encompasses all our services and is focused on the individual/familyís desired outcome.
  • Providing comprehensive mental hygiene services that promote individual growth, interpersonal functioning, rehabilitation and recovery.
  • Establishing and maintaining a comprehensive service network of professional providers of psychological, counseling, social work, and mental health services for families.
  • Assisting families who have not had access to mental health services to obtain psychological evaluations, counseling, and social work services.
  • Promoting and providing education pertaining to the psychological and mental health of the family.
Meet Our Staff

Tyrone Willoughby, Jr., LCSW-C
Tyrone Willoughby, Jr., has over 25 years of counseling experience. He earned his undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of South Carolina, and his masters degree in Clinical social work from the University of Maryland.

Mr. Willoughby has a tremendous amount of experience in dealing with complex trauma, PTSD, and is trained in Attachment, Regulation and Competenct (ARC) model as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Truama-Focused Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). He received the majority of his training at the Kennedy Krieger Institute where he became a Certified Family Team Decision Making facilitator.

Mr. Willougby is a native Baltimorean and understands the real life issues and stressors that offten occur in daily life.

Stanley R. Linthicum, Sr., LCSW-C
Stanley Linthicum, Sr., has over twenty years of counseling experience.

He earned his undergraduate degree in social work from Coppin State University, and his master's degree in social work for the University of Maryland.

A native Baltimorean, Mr. Linthicum has experienced and understands the complexities and struggles that some clients may experience daily, and can offer first-hand insight on those stressors.

Mr. Linthicum is a Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C).

Alisha Womack, LCSW-C
Alisha Womack is a Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C). She has been working with children and families in the Baltimore area since 2001.

She earned her Bachelors of Arts Degree in Psychology with a Minor in Social Work from Auburn University and her Masters of Social Work Degree from the University of Alabama.

Ms. Womack has extensive experience working with families in the foster care system and individuals dealing with a history of trauma. She is trained in the Attachment, Regulation and Competency (ARC) model as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma Focused- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

Jessica Silvers, LCSW-C
Jessica Silvers is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She received her Bachelors of Arts Degree in Psychology from Indiana University and her Masters of Social Work Degree from the University of Maryland at Baltimore.

Mrs. Silvers has an extensive history of working with trauma survivors. She is trained in the Attachment, Regulation and Competency (ARC) model, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as well as Trauma Focused- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

Currently, she works as an outpatient therapist, primarily working in the community for Inspirations, LLC.

Merone Abraham
Merone Abraham has over fourteen years of experience in the mental health field.

A native of Washington, D.C. by way of Eritrea, Ms. Abraham earned a degree in Accounting from American University. Ms. Abraham has extensive knowledge and expertise with Maryland Medicaid as well as private insurance agencies.

Ms. Abrahamís passion for helping people can be felt deeply when one hears her speak. She has been a Representative of the Eritrean Community since 1991 and works tirelessly to educate, empower and cultivate healing in all communities.
